Stone & Shadow Strategies is led by Dennis “Dizzy” Doan, a multidisciplinary creative, cultural strategist, and civic leader based in San Diego.

Dennis is the President of The Doan Foundation, Founder of BLVCK LOTVS Tattoo, and Commissioner for Arts & Culture for the City of San Diego. He is also the first Asian American Board Trustee in the history of the California Center for the Arts, Escondido.

His background spans entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, government service, and cultural advocacy. His work focuses on building access, preserving culture, and creating pathways for communities that have historically been excluded from decision-making spaces.
